Job Description:

Inleads IT Solution Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Expert to lead our SEO team and drive sales for our digital SAAS products. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in Google AdWords and PPC, along with exceptional proficiency in English. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for conducting research, generating reports, leading the team, and managing work-related tasks. This is a full-time position that requires working from our office, and remote work is not available.

Responsibilities:

👉  First thing is you need to generate sales
👉  Lead and manage the SEO team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high performance and productivity.
👉  Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies.
👉  Generate reports and analyze data to track team and individual performance, identify trends, and implement improvement measures.
👉  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute SEO and PPC campaigns that drive lead generation and conversions.
👉  Utilize Google AdWords and PPC skills to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and drive targeted traffic.
👉  Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with our SAAS products.
👉  Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
👉  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in SEO, PPC, and SAAS products.
👉  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.
👉  Provide regular updates, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.

🧑‍💼 Requirements

👉  Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the SEO industry.
👉  In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization techniques, strategies, and tools.
👉  Strong proficiency in Google AdWords and PPC campaign management.
👉  Excellent English communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and close sales.
👉  Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
👉  Proficiency in using SEO tools and software for research, reporting, and analysis.
👉  Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary:
Starting from 50,000/- per month and above, based on skills and experience.
