🕒 Type: Full-time, Onsite

💰 Salary: BDT 20,000 – 45,000 (Negotiable)
🕗 Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Off

As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive our international growth, establish strong partnerships, and accelerate customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute result-driven international sales strategies for our SaaS products.
🔹 Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert high-value B2B clients across global markets (USA, Europe, MENA, and beyond).
🔹 Enterprise Sales & Partnerships: Build strategic partnerships and close high-ticket deals with enterprise clients.
🔹 Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee paid ads, content marketing, email outreach, and outbound sales campaigns to drive inbound and outbound leads.
🔹 Product Positioning & Competitive Analysis: Craft compelling value propositions, analyze competitors, and refine go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
🔹 CRM & Sales Automation: Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and optimize conversion rates.
🔹 Client Engagement & Retention: Collaborate with customer success and product teams to enhance client retention and lifetime value.
🔹 Brand Representation: Represent Inleads IT at industry conferences, webinars, and client meetings.

Required Expertise:

Experience: 3+ years in SaaS sales & marketing with a strong track record in international B2B markets.
Proven Success in Lead Generation & Revenue Growth: Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and exceed revenue targets.
Deep Knowledge of SaaS Sales Funnels: Strong grasp of SaaS KPIs, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition strategies.
Marketing & Sales Automation Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), email marketing, and lead generation tools.
Data-Driven & Growth-Focused: Ability to analyze performance metrics, optimize conversion rates, and scale customer acquisition.
Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong English proficiency (both written & verbal), capable of handling international client interactions.
Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive revenue growth.
