Inleads IT is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bogura, Bangladesh. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our software development services.

Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-time and Onsite
Office Hours: 8 am – 5 pm
Experience: Mid – Senior Level
Location: Bogura.

Responsibilities:

👉 Generate new leads and actively seek out new business opportunities in the software development sector.
👉 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored software solutions.
👉 Present and demonstrate our software development services to potential clients.
👉 Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our software solutions.
👉 Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
👉 Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
👉 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

🧑‍💼 Qualifications

👉 Proven experience in software sales or a related field.
👉 Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
👉 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
👉 Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
👉 Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
👉 Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
👉 Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary Range(Starting from 20,000/- to above)

Competitive salary(negotiable) for Experienced Parsons based on skill and experience.
